Introduction

By participating in all competitions run by The Lingerie Box you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility to Enter

The competitions run by The Lingerie Box are open to all entrants 18 years and over. By entering the competitions you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to recieve any prizes that may be awarded to you. All entrants must reside in Australia. There is no limit to entries however you must make a purchase to enter. One Purchase equals One Entry. The competitons are run monthly lasting for the entire month. The draw will be conducted at 12pm on the first day of the new month.

Prizes

All prizes will be a gift voucher for store credit unless otherwise stated. The use of specific brands as prizes by The Lingerie Box does not imply any affiliation or endorsement of of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. The Lingerie Box resevers the right to substitute prizes to equal or greater value if circumtances beyond our control require us to do so. The Lingerie Boxes decision on any and all aspects of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner annoucement

The winner will be chosen at random by a random number generator using your order number and notified via the email address provided the day after the draw ends at 12pm. The Lingerie Box will make Two attempts to contact the winner via the email address provided during checkout. If we receive no response within 48 hours the winner will be void and we will redraw.
