There are no refunds or exchanges on any sale, clearance or discounted items.

We test all Adult Toys to ensure they are in proper working order before shipping unless they are sealed, If for some reason the product is faulty when you receive it we will offer a replacement of an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product to the same value. All warranty claims except all Satisfyer products are to be dealt with by the customer following the manufacturers warranty policies.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items back to us for a return or an exchange. The Lingerie Box does not take any responsibility for any lost or misplaced items during transit therefore we recommend that the customer uses registered post for all returns.

Due to hygiene and health reasons, We are unable to accept returns on any Panties, Briefs, Thongs, G-Strings, Stockings and all Adult Toys unless they are in unused condition and original packaging so please select these items with care.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way and are not in their original condition. Any items that are deemed to be non-returnable due to the reasons stated above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
