Shipping
Orders within Australia are shipped at a flat rate of $10.
Free shipping with all orders over $59. Free Shipping is by way of standard post with a tracking number.
If Express Post is required please select this shipping option at checkout. This is a $12 fee.
At The Lingerie Box we pride ourselves on Prompt Product Delivery which means we guarantee that all orders placed before 2PM WST will be processed and shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed after 2PM WST will be shipped the next business day . Our average delivery times are:
Perth Local Area: 1-2 Business days
Rest of Australia: 5-6 Business days
We take your privacy very seriously so all orders are packaged in plain non transparent packaging. Smaller items and orders will be bubble wrapped and posted in tamper proof courier bags and larger items and orders will be bubble wrapped and shipped in plain cardboard boxes. We also only put our return address on the package so there is no identifying names placed on the package at all.
Same Day Delivery
For same day delivery your delivery address must be within the Rockingham to Mandurah area (Refer to the map above if you are unsure). If you select same day delivery and your address is outside of the area your order will be shipped via Australia Post.
Same day delivery is available for all orders placed before 2pm AWST. For orders placed after this time they will be delivered the next day.
All same day delivery orders have a $10 delivery fee attached to them.
Payment for your order can be made via the website or in person by way of cash or eftpos. Please note that if you are paying by eftpos on delivery you will be charged a 1.6% processing fee.

Returns Policy
The Lingerie Box values its customers and wants make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible so please read and understand our returns policy below.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any sale, clearance or discounted items.
We test all Adult Toys to ensure they are in proper working order before shipping unless they are sealed, If for some reason the product is faulty when you receive it we will offer a replacement of an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product to the same value. All warranty claims except all Satisfyer products are to be dealt with by the customer following the manufacturers warranty policies.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items back to us for a return or an exchange. The Lingerie Box does not take any responsibility for any lost or misplaced items during transit therefore we recommend that the customer uses registered post for all returns.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, We are unable to accept returns on any Panties, Briefs, Thongs, G-Strings, Stockings and all Adult Toys unless they are in unused condition and original packaging so please select these items with care.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered in any way and are not in their original condition. Any items that are deemed to be non-returnable due to the reasons stated above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
